The California YMCA Youth & Government Program (Y&G) continues to build upon a proud legacy of providing quality educational and civic engagement programming to high school and middle school students throughout our state. The individual, yet interconnected programs operate according to a disciplined yearly planning schedule. Y&G programs are designed to complement each other and coordinate together in activities, providing year-to-year continuity in civic engagement education as well as leadership growth opportunities for the thousands of student participants.
