"Outstanding Program Innovation or Development" Award:

This award is occasionally presented to those who, within a particular program area, have made a substantial contribution to its innovation or development. Such contribution should have had a lasting and influential effect on Y&G. Therefore, the individual's contributions must have begun or been made at least 3 years prior to the award being presented. This award is selected by the Youth & Government.
