Applicants for CONA must complete a vigorous evaluation process that
includes a written resume and essay, as well as letters of recommendation
from advisor. Applicants are generally the strongest delegates throughout
the state, and are evaluated by a committee of staff and advisors who
have previously attended CONA.
Selection is difficult and is considered
a tremendous honor.
